The diameter of this hat is 16" and will stretch up to 22" wide.
7¼" High
(Eyebrow to Top of Head).So if your head measures 18" or smaller this hat will be on the loose side.
If your head measures 19" to 22" it will fit snug. :)
The picture is of my daughter and her head measures: 23".
She says the hat fits her perfectly.To determine size:
Using a soft tape measure or string...
Starting at the center of the forehead above the eyebrow...
wrap the tape measure down below one ear...
continuing to the back on the neck...
back up around below the other ear and back to where you started.
